Super Lotto 700+ pesos Hidden Agenda

As I watched every person forming a line waiting for there chance to purchase a ticket of the Super Lotto. The pot money is around 700+ million pesos and everyone just wants to try there luck in winning this huge amount of prize. Anyone seeing this kind of amount would just also try a bet. Anyone could just risk there twenty pesos and gamble the chances in winning the half million prize.

But I was just thinking about this prize were in it's so big and probably this will be the highest amount it reach so far. Since the past years the highest was around 100-200 million pesos. But this time it reach 700+ and I was starting to think any hidden agenda on this. Since recently PCSO was reported on the news that they had a big liability to Carlo J. Caparas for 1.3 billion. For advertising issues that Caparas was servicing to them.

As I was thinking maybe PCSO Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office was getting more money in an instant so that they can pay there big liability. And since the pot money is just to big and when it will reach 1 billion pesos. PCSO will have no more issues with Caparas.

Juan Manuel Marquez TKO Michael Katsidis

Juan Manuel Marquez made a 9th round stoppage on Michael Katsidis after he dominated the younger opponent. As I watched the main event of the fight it was clear that Juan Manuel Marquez has the edge when it comes to exchanging punch. But on the 3rd round Michael Katsidis caught Marquez when a strong left hook that eventually send the Mexican sitting in the canvass.

But Marquez was able to recover quickly and on the later rounds he performed well. As Katsidis tries to throw his fury but Marquez is still best in counter punching. On the 9th round a series of punch speed and combinations was unleashed by Juan Manuel Marquez that made the referee Kaynne Bayless to stop the fight. After seeing Katisidis could not handle it anymore.

As Katsidis was helpless absorbing those punch combinations and seemingly not protecting himself. As Marquez continued to bring it all what he got and got a Technical Knockout issued by the referee.

Again Marquez is a deadly boxer even at the age of 37 as he is still accurate on his counter punching style. There were even moments and punch exchange were in Marquez connects to Katsidis and landing good body shots.

Akihiro writing Obre instead of Aubrey

I watched the episode of survivor Philippines were in it was time for the jury to speak and tell the remaining top 4 about what they can say. And as emotions were mixed its just a matter of personal issues between Jon Hall and Aubrey Miles.

For Moi and Ervick they also have there own story were in Moi expressed her disappointment regarding there friendship that is hanging. That night in the tribal council was all about asking questions regardless sharing there opinions.

When it was time to vote for the person that will be a part of the jury I noticed that Akihiro wrote Obre instead of Aubrey. I was kinda funny since we all know that Aubrey Miles is kind of a familiar name when it comes to showbiz. But I guess Akihiro wrote her name due to some mixed emotions and anger.

Sergio Martinez Knocks out Paul Williams

It took two rounds for Sergio Martinez to knock out Paul Williams and send his falling face straight into the canvass. As Paul Williams was knocked unconscious after absorbing a strong left hand from Sergio Martinez.

BJ Penn Knocks out Matt Hughes, Rampage Wins over Machida

UFC 123 were in I watched the whole fight until the main event that was around 2:30 am on the replay broad casted on studio 23. Some of the under card fights were great but some as usual have many "BOO" reactions from the fans.

But I was so excited to watch the trilogy of BJ Penn vs Matt Hughes as they settle the score inside the octagon. It was years ago when BJ Penn defeated Matt Hughes for a title fight on the lightweight belt. But on the rematch Matt Hughes came back for vengeance.

On this third fight BJ Penn was deadly as he attacked and finished the fight in just 21 seconds on round 1. As the fight started I was on the edge of my seat and was clueless on how it will end. But as soon as BJ Penn connected on his punches Matt Hughes was unconscious.

And as BJ Penn noticed it was a hard hit. He then immediately followed with vicious striking punches and hammer punches. Then the referee stopped the fight seeing Matt Hughes lying unconscious.

Quintin "Rampage" Jackson Vs Lyoto "The Dragon" Machida

Rampage brute force prove to be one of a kind after winning a split decision against Lyoto Machida. On the first round Quentin Jackson's offense and defense keep hounding Lyoto Machida. As Machida keep throwing and swinging kicks that would hurt Quentin Jackson. But as If Rampage could not feel any of those kicks so Machida had a different plan for another round.


On round 2 Machida would attack Rampage and both fighters would exchange blows and cover power punch shots. As the fight comes to close edges it was still Rampage accurate hits and blows that will give him edge of the round. Destructible upper cut would damage Machida. But Machida would also counter with winding blows and knees.

On the 3rd round Machida gives everything he got and shows how good he is in grappling and submission techniques. As Machida takes down on Quentin Jackson to perform submission locks. But Rampage would not be easily beaten as his defense and will give him strength to out stand Machida's last attacks.

Manny Pacquiao creates another history for 8Th world Title

Manny Pacquiao proved to be the best fighter that he can be after demolishing Antonio Margarito of Mexico. Pacquiao Captured his 8th world title in different weight divisions and with this success the pound for pound king do not have to prove anything and no "IF" are attached as a doubt.

From the start of the round as each fighters try to measure and feel each others presence. And after the first round were in both fighters felt the individual auras of there opponent. Manny Pacquiao seemed to be ignited and unleashed his fury. Margarito would throw 2-3 punches while Pacquiao on the other hand throws his own combinations of 5-6 combos or even more.

Power punches most of them as they try to tear down Margarito's face. Antonio Margarito on the other hand tried his best to stay in tack in the fight. But Pacquiao's speed and adrenaline was all over him. From all angles Pacquiao launched powerful punches that accurately hit Margarito. Pacquiao's fury was indeed relentless as he continues to punish and beat Margarito.



Margarito's right eye would start to swollen and bruise. As it starts to swell badly after every round of beating. Margarito was being punished and battered from every exchange and every combinations of Pacquiao. All Margarito can do is take those pain as he tries to land some combo of his own.

In round 6 Margarito cornered Pacquiao on the ropes that eventually poured some good punch and powerful combinations. Margarito even hurt Pacquiao after landing a big body shot. Pacquiao admitted he got lucky in round 6 to survive Margarito's comeback. It was clear that Pacquiao got stabbed badly as his body reaction was clear.

Margarito also landed serious punches that made Pacquiao flee and retreat. But as if Manny wants revenge on those punches he got and in every opportunity Pacquiao gets he just rained some huge volume of punches. Margarito's defense were sometimes useless as his arms and guard will be broken by the series of punches Pacquiao gives.

On the later rounds Manny Pacquiao would turn his head and look at the referee. Pacquiao's purpose was to signal Laurence Cole and ask confirmation to look at the condition and status of Margarito. Pacquiao understood that Margarito is having troubles in seeing and continuing the fight since Margarito's right eye had a tiny daily and its was like gonna be closed and shut.

But instead the referee would continue fight and Pacquiao understood the situation and had pitty on Margarito. Finishing the 11th and 12th round Margarito's face was on obsolete form and it looked viscously destroyed.

A unanimous decision was claimed by all 3 judges and in favor of the pound for pound king Manny Pacquiao. Good job on Pacquiao this was one of the best fights I have seen on his entire career. And hopefully the Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather Jr. bout will come to reality and happen soon. Probably next year 2011 it will be settled.

Predictions for Manny Pacquiao vs Antonio Margarito fight.

The fight that will lure a lot of people and boxing fans are just days away from happening. And some great boxing experts try to see and predict the said fight. But here is my own predictions of the coming fight this November 13, 2010 in Dallas Texas cowboy stadium.

1.)It will be a slug fight between Manny Pacquiao and Antonio Margarito. In the first round probably no knockout will happen as each fighter will start to recognize and measure the moves of there opponents. The knockout will come in the later rounds starting from round 2-10.

2.)If Margarito will start make his aggressive move then Pacquiao will definitely as deadly as he can be. Just like in the Miguel Cotto bout were Cotto got hit by a blinding punch from Pacquiao. Cotto did not expect to be hurt and eventually got counted by the referee.

3.)Margarito will try to corner Pacquiao and then he will pour all of his offense and take advantage of this height and size.

4.)Pacquiao will also try to use his foot work and speed to evade and counter punch Margarito the moment they will exchange blows.

5.)If Margarito can have a one shot combined with timing,accuracy and force then he can knock out Pacquiao. But if Pacquiao can control the fight then his dominant arsenal will destroy Margarito and it will be a bloody fight for both fighters.

6.) Speed will dictate the fight were Pacquiao has it as his asset. If he can unleash those lightning punches then Margarito is in big trouble and Pacquiao will win by a TKO.

I am not an boxing expert and all this predictions of mine are just the fruit of my own analysis and understanding.
