The keyboard of my girlfriend needed a replacement since it has so many defect. So she decided to purchase one. she went to CDRKing in SM to choose and purchase. she also include a speaker as an additional item to purchase.
When she got home she tested the keyboard and and speaker. The speaker was fine and ok while the keyboard is not functioning well. The letter "L" does not function well and the numbers from 1-0 did not function well also. From F1 to F12 same diffect they do not function when you press them.
I knew it the moment she told me, I knew it that CDRKing items always have big chance of defective items. So we went to replace the item because the warranty was still valid. The moment we choose another one as a replacement we tried to ask technical assistance to try the item we purchase.
After the testing we got our keyboard and went home. We spent almost 2 hours waiting just for a replacement. They really have poor customer service out there. After 2-3 days of usage the letter "U" of the keyboard submerge when you press it. It dose not go back to its original position.
Another item we purchased that has defect and difference in which there brand cannot be trusted. It maybe cheap but I really should think again the moment I want to purchase computer items.
Some friends introduced Prospect Zone and other more companies. signing is easy on them and they are for free. They well assist you by their agents and will guide you if you have questions. And the exchange of information between customer and client are really good since the agent are all participative and aware. Insurance leads now a days are really helpful and recommended.
