Rashad Evans TKO Tito Ortiz


It was the rematch that both Rashad Evans and Tito Ortiz waited for after 5 years. And it was time for them to settle the score inside the octagon. There last fight resulted in unanimous draw last july 2007.

In the first round of the fight Rashad Evans took control of the it when he showed his boxing and striking skills to Tito Ortiz. But Ortiz would also do a great job on his defense evading and counter attacking as well. And Evans would continue to dominate more until the end of the round.


But in round 2 Tito Ortiz made adjustment's and was focused to start the round. Ortiz would take down Evans and use his wrestling and grappling skills to own the round.

And Ortiz managed to sneak and guillotine choke that
would have ended Evans and could lead to a tap out win. But Evans managed to escape Ortiz expertise move and would be relentless on his striking. Evans landed a strong knee that made Tito Ortiz crumbled down. As soon as Evans realize he landed a big hit and seeing Ortiz is hurt. Rashad Evans took advantage and started pounding home Ortiz. And after a series of pound shots the referee took over to stop the fight declaring Evans the winner via TKO with 4:48 of round 2.

Vitor Belfort vs Yoshihiro Akiyama

Vitor Belfort proved to the fans that he is back and with an explosive win against japanese superstar Yoshihiro Akiyama. Belfort won the fight in the first round via TKO when he landed strong punch to Akiyama together with fury of combo punches. Akiyama could not see were those punches were coming from since Belfort was so quick and accurate. As soon as Belfort established flaming punches all over Akiyama's defense, Belfort was close to closing the fight with an explosive win.


Belfort continued to rained punches all over Akiyama and when Belfort landed a big shot that caused Akiyama to be outcold. The referee took over and declared Belfort the winner via TKO in 1:54 of round 1.

Akiyama would be treated right away by the medical staff after he was out cold lying inside the octagon. And moments later Akiyama was sitting in the corner fine and breathing.

UFC 133 Ortiz vs Evans



UFC 133 will be another good and long awaited match inside the octagon. It will be on August 6,2011 live in Philadelphia. In the co main event battle between Rich Franklin vs Antonio Nogueira as they battle it out inside the octagon. And the main event of the fight would be a UFC Light Heavyweight Eliminator between Rashad Evans vs Tito Ortiz.

After a great comeback win from Tito Ortiz last fight of him when he submitted Ryan Bader. Now Tito Ortiz got the chance to fight Rashad Evans after replacing injured Phil Davis. Now Ortiz can settle down there unfinished business after they settle for a draw fight last UFC 73 July 7,2007 when Ortiz was penalized for holding the fence.

Tito Ortiz ignited long awaited win!


Just as when others doubt about the "The Huntington Beach Bad Boy" Tito Ortiz about how would he spark his career again. Since Tito Ortiz losing streak was on a hot streak starting with a TKO he got from Chuck Liddell on 2006. And lost to several good light weight top contenders like Lyoto Machida, Forrest Griffin and Matt Hamill on the score cards.

But on UFC 132 when Tito Ortiz fights Ryan Bader inside the octagon. Tito Ortiz displayed a phenomenal win and the reason why he was once a light heavyweight champion. When the clock ticked to 3:19 in the first round Tito Ortiz lands a strong right punch that rocked Ryan Bader down. And then Ortiz took advanced of the situation and pound some punches to his opponent. As soon as Ortiz established himself and went for the Submission (guillotine choke) that made Ryan Bader tapped out and end the first round with an impressive win. And it was also the submission of the night for Tito Ortiz.

Tito Ortiz finally made a comeback win after several losing streak and his last taste of win was on 2006 when he TKO Ken Shamrock. Tito Ortiz was the underdog of this fight and proved to be one of the elite UFC fighters. Ortiz has to win this since a lot of his fans were expecting him to do something about his losing streak and this win would also play a big part of his career.
